My stay here was absolutely amazing - the staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to help me out. The room was incredibly comfortable, with unexpected perks like a fully stocked fridge and a coffee maker. The daily room service was top-notch. The pool had a stunning view of Lion's Head, and the location was perfect - just a 2-minute walk to incredible restaurants and a supermarket. It was a quick 30-minute stroll to the breathtaking Clifton beaches. And if you needed to head to the city, a short 70 rand Uber ride would get you there. I can't wait to return to this gem of a place! Thanks for an incredible stay!

The location of the hotel is not far away from the sea. Balcony is O.K.Big and nice common room on the groundfloor.
Room do only have partial seaview (due to a hotel in front of the guesthouse) and are too small for two persons. There is no possibility to sit together in the room. Only one chair in a corner or on the bed. Swimming pool is to small for swimming.

We stayed near great supermarkets, a peaceful beach and some bustling pubs and restaurants, which was a perfect location. the room was clean and equipped with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom, the African style decoration made it special too. The staff was nice and the garden and pool area were gorgeous. the breakfast was delicious and filling.
The hotel staff handled a stain on the bedding very poorly, putting pressure on me to pay for damaged linen earlier than necessary.

We loved the location. It was so convenient and yet really quiet. Our room faced the sea and we woke up with the sound of waves chrashing against the shore.Loved our first cup of real coffee (the first time we had proper filter coffee in a room in South Africa) sitting on our balcony and looking at the sea.
That our stay was too short

We decided to go on a romantic escape and chose a hotel in a key location near the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the fact that they offered a welcome drink and complimentary chocolates on arrival. the staff was friendly and gave us recommendations on places to visit nearby.
The towels and bed linen were stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the walls were thin, and noise from the street and other rooms was disturbing.

The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft. the room had a TV and air conditioning. the hotel was located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a romantic getaway. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.
The walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear every noise and conversation from the neighboring rooms. There were also heavy constructions happening nearby, which made it difficult to sleep in and relax during the day.

We loved staying at this place! The location in Sea Point was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities like an in-room safe, free toiletries, and an electric kettle. The dining bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind. The leisure swimming pool was an added bonus. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenience of the car park. We would recommend this hotel to families for a great stay.

We loved the hotel's location on the sea in Sea Point, just a short 2-minute walk to amazing restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, and the room itself was very comfortable with loads of storage space and a large balcony overlooking the sea and sunset. The communal area fridge was a bonus, and we enjoyed the reasonably priced drinks available at all hours.
Nothing all excellent.
